GetDeliveryStatus(Login, OrderId)
Returns delivery status of a specific order.
DeliveryStatusId represents:
1. Ready to ship (does not take missing products in consideration)
2. Extra handling (we have or will contact you)
3. Sent
4. Cancelled
5. Extra handling without your answer.
